Every condo in Cobourg has something different to offer .. and that's what makes this part of the market so interesting to me. Helping people to understand the process of moving into a condo can be very rewarding.

This particular buiding has always been extrememley attractive to me. The quality of the construction is way over the top, the space is grand - not crowded anywhere, the location is excellent, and the lifestyle is very rare.

Not a cookie cutter ~ the design is comfortable at every turn. Large foyers, wide halls, second bedrooms you can actually put a bed in, a dining room where you can have everyone sitting at the same table - just like at home.

But looking a bit deeper you get the subtle differences that make this a very rare place to live. The heritage style achecture, the heated underground parking - not so critical this winter - but imagine always getting into a warm car.

This unit it could easily have been 3 bedrooms, but that would have compromised space somewhere else, and the designers knew that the people who would be living here woudn't need the 3rd bedroom, but would love a larger dining room, wider halls .... that gracious feeling you get when you're surronded by family peices that you thought you'd have to get rid of when you downsized !!! You'll love it here .....
