Understanding
the market you are considering buying
in is one of the most important
aspects of investing. In order to be comfortable
with the process you need
to become educated about the home values and price
trends.
Every
month (about the 15th) we publish a real estate report about what's
been happening in the local area for the previous month. It includes
sales figures, listing information, an historical comparison to
last year and whatever else I can come up with that seems interesting.
It's intended to give you a feeling for how things are, and let
you know when the market starts to change.
The
new Privacy Legislation, Association Rules and Company Policies
are all being changed to restrict how and who can receive the
private information about buyers ~ sellers, and specific sales
data.
This

will give a summary of the conditions
currently driving the market, and a price trend / "ask and
got" ratio that will help my buyer clients to better understand
the current real esate cycle.
