Real estate cycles, understanding the cycle can help you position yourself for profit
As the year begins I always like to take one last look at the previous years. What happened in the Northumberland Real estate market. By plotting the simple but important data of total numbers of homes offered for sale and the total number of homes that sold in graphic format – then comparing that data to previous years we can measure the 12 months of 2014 against the historic information.
It’s important to remember that these are the BIG BRUSH numbers – County Wide – all communities, Cobourg, Port Hope, Grafton, Colborne, Camborne and all points in between. It also includes every type of property.
So this information will help us to see how supply and demand is going – but not the supply and or demand for specific types of property.
If you, or someone you care about is thinking of buying or selling we need to talk – there needs to be a more directed and focused study done.
I can help with that.
