The longest journey begins with a single step ... and that first step is an in-depth interview to help me understand what your trying to accomplish... your time table ... your goals ... your needs.

Before You List I Will

• Interview you about what you are doing.
  
• Explain Agency Relationships in Ontario.
  
• Give an overview of the selling process and discuss the different marketing opportunities.
  
• Give a general overview of the local real estate market and it's current trends.
  
• Provide relocation and mortgage assistance if required using an affiliated lender and the Moving To Network of realtors.
  
• Review all documents, including lease contracts, disclosures or inspection reports you may have. At times I may refer you to a real estate lawyer for clarification.
  
• Provide you with accurate information and professional advice to help you make an informed decision.
  
• Help you determine the best way to move forward and achieve your goals with the best results you can expect.
